Impossible to say, it's depending on what aspects of society you are talking about. From experience I wouldn't say France is the most similar. Countries like Ireland (of course), Denmark, Germany, Norway etc is a lot more similar when it comes to weather, language, laws, the over all temper of the people. (yes, this is very much a generalization)

I don't think so, we are all different. But on a scale of developed countries, then yes more so, also Germany and Italy, Ireland and a few of the other larger countries.

nah i think that it is irelanf that is most similar to the united kingdom because technically it is not part of the uk
