That shouldn t be a problem if their phone number is in the German telephone directory- pasted you the link.
Just fill in the city where they live and their surname, and there you go.
This online directory will also give you results for other towns around the city you ve chosen... that can be useful as it s possible that they don t live in the city itself or moved somewhere else in that region
P.S: Hope for you that they don t have one of the common names like Schmidt, Meier or Müller
