trauma centre under the knife,please help ,im stuck!?

Question

i bought this last night and iv got to the 6th(i think)op,the one with glass in the heart.iv read some walk thru's and they say after removing the big bit of glass to stitch the wound and it all go's slow mo and a big cut appears.but it wont let me suture the wound from the big bit of glass.iv tried keeping his vitals up with the jabs etc.where am i going wrong?i must have tried this one about 10 times now and i always lose him at this point!ta.x
