I cry every time I watch Steel Magnolias, from the time Jackson finds Shelby lying on the floor of the house right through the cemetary scene where Claree tells Melynn to hit Weezer.
I also cry during the Little Mermaid, when King Triton turns Ariel back into a human so she can be with Prince Eric.
Oh man, somebody pass me the Kleenex! (Sniff, sniff.)

It's A Wonderful Life always makes me cry. The last hour of that movie just makes me a complete basket case.
ET makes me tear up, & so does Schindler's List.

The first movie I thought of was an old one, "An Affair to Remember." It starred Cary Grant and Deborah Kerr. There was a remake, don't remember the name of it, it wasn't nearly as good. "Steel Magnolias" is a tearjerker too.
