If you are willing to fly down to India, then there are many good dentist. You would get world class treatment at probably 1/10th the cost that you would pay in the United States.

just google your question ..........phrase it something like
guam dental clinics
lots of results will come up
just start calling around tell them what you are looking for.....that you have great need of work to your teeth and ask them to refer you to a place that offers discounted or free services
