I don't know the meaning, but it defiantly means you need a whole new wardrobe. We could go shopping some Saturday morning and by night time you will have new clothes to wear in your dreams

Im take this to mean you dream you are the opposite sex. Maybe you envy what the opposite sex has, eg more opportunity and freedom and would like some of that for yourself.

It's a dream and it doesn't mean that you want to be the opposite sex. Dreams kind of filter out the things that are cluttering our brain so we can put other things into our brain. I think it is pretty neat! Just go with the flow.
