that's the absurdest idea i have ever heard...
the bride wearing a veil is really a tradition to add drama after the priest says the immortal line, "you may now kiss the bride"...it's not about her physical attributes...
and besides,
why would the groom want his future wife to hide his bride's face ?
no, i dont think a guy would marry an ugly woman in the first place.

Ugly people can do a lot of things to improve their appearences but you can never cover up your mean character, poor thing. Besides, wheres the line between ugly and beautiful?

I think that's cruel. Ugly people should simply me made to work nights so no-one has to see them. There'd be two societies then, maybe there could be an ugly night time Prime Minister and ugly night time Television. It'd be great.
