tuff one there first of all how old are your boys the reason i ask because i divorced and my new husband raised my boys. if you did that would he carry you to court to get to see them . i don't think he should put you on the spot like that because the boys will always love their natural father and want to see him no matter what

They should always be able to see their real father he should help support them, but as far as the other guy hes already trying to control you, he has to get over his jealousy or it never will work out , Your ex will always be their dad no matter what if he sees them or not. I raised 3 step children and they never payed but I didnt stop them from their dads and I didnt care, I loved them and their mother.

If you are really serious about your second , sit and chat with them alone ,one by one and explain them the real fact of life and fate . They will respect you for this and will love to be with you and support you in future . Good luck .

You cannot take their father from them. As a parent, you should be doing everything you can to keep that relationship going. I would wait a bit before you yank the rug out from under him and give them a new daddy.
