MM well actually this is an email or an sms that usually youth send to each other i will try my best to explain it:

1- i was with my mother in the market = (means) that she was dating)
2-baby how much do u love me = that she is putting the cell phone on the speaker's mode and she is with here friends.
3-some one has engaged me = that she wants u to engage here.
4-i will switch off the phone bcz i don't have credit = she wants u to buy here a credit.
5-she says that she was about to call u = that someone is giving here a call now.
6-i am tired and i want to sleep = she is going to change the Sim card of her phone.
7-yes yes i am with u = she is thinking what to say to the other one .
8-she tells u that she want u in a subject = she wants some money.
actually it was hard to be read.

well, it is totally trash... but as i understood, this guy was trying to figure out the meaning behind any line his girl would say. i couldnt understand most of it (luckly) but for example number 5, when a girl will say: i'll call you back in a minute. that means someone else is calling her!
i told you,,,, trash!
and yeah it sounds like a gulfy accent!

its a weird accent, but seems like the one who wrote it is criticising girls, and how they date n stuff like that, thats what i understood so far.
