I used to meet this situation. Mcafee Enterprise can not scan all the serious virus.
Now you sould try to scan your computer with the other program.
The program that I suggest you is kaspersky.It's the best program that I ever seen.http://www.kaspersky.com/downloads But before you scan you should update this program and after that disconnect yyour computer(put off network cable). I hope these can help you.
If it can't, the other help is resetup you window.

Hmmm...sounds like the W32.Rontokbro@mm worm which replicates itself into folders. You may remove it using the latest McAfee VirusScan. Afterwards, make sure you scan not only your hard drive for the worm, but your other drives (portable USB drives or other optical drives) as well, just to make sure it doesn't manifest itself again.

hi, i recommand you to use a more powerful and easy to use security suite. CA eTrust Internet Security Suite
CA's eTrust Internet Security Suite R2 offers a powerful set of tools to thwart all kinds of online mayhem. Like its better-known competitors Symantec Norton Internet Security 2006 and McAfee Internet Security Suite 2006, eTrust Internet Security Suite blocks phishing attempts, criminal hacker intrusions, and pop-up ads; quarantines spam; stops spyware; and keeps the kids off objectionable Web sites. Its new interface is attractive and, despite a few minor quirks, easy to navigate. Best of all, its virus scans are fast and its full-system scans won't bring your PC to its knees.
You can get a detailed slidshow of CA eTrust Internet Security Suite in here:

Best Wishes && Good Luck!

i'd take of the info you want to keep and do complete wipe and set up again as you can't just patch job it as doesn't always work and you end up with same prob again which could get worse as you haven't removed the virus if you patch job it.

Why not try other antivirus? If an antivirus seems not good enough then try another.
