You better get a doctor to check your prostate gland. It's in your butt and leads out through your penis by the urethra. If 4 doctors haven't been able to diagnose it: welcome to Western medicine. Time to find doctor 5 or 6 or whatever. This is not a part of your body that should be ignored when it hurts.

You might have pulled a muscle. That is a hard thing for a doctor to find, especially if you didn't feel it right away. Also you should probably have your prostrate checked, considering where you pain is. You said you have been to 4 doctor? Or did you mean the doctor 4 times? I would get a second or even 3rd opinion if you have not done so. If you have been to several doctors and they can not find any thing wrong with you it could be psychological. The only thing you can do is keep going to the doctor until they can give you an answer, especially if you are in pain.

You could have some sort of infection, but you really need to keep going to your doctor till you get an answer.
