Do you mean fallacy? Or phallusy? ;-)
This is one of many examples in which the Bible does not translate very well into modern society. I don’t think that masturbation is ever really a “sin” (although for some people it could be done in excess and lead to an inability for a man to keep his erection during intercourse), and these days I think it might be a major benefit to society. We really do not need the Biblical encouragement to go forth and multiply. Human populations growth is on an exponential curve (just in my lifetime the population has gone from 4 billion to over 5 billion people), so preserving our seed so that we can make even more babies is not a great idea. As for the intimacy issue referred to by tallnfrie, I suppose it could be a problem for some people, but for the vast majority of people, masturbation is simply a pleasurable way to relieve some tension, get in touch (literally!) with one’s own body, and explore one’s potential for pleasure. As a Tantric exercise, it is good to experiment with not having orgasms for a period to time, but in general I don’t buy the idea that masturbation is sinful or harmful for most people.

Fellatio is oral sex on a man.
If you are a religious person and you come from a conservative background, you will probably hear that masturbation is wrong and no matter what lay people and liberal thinking guys tell you, you have to decide at one point, what set of
beliefs to adopt. It is your decision only.

What I can tell you from a psychological viewpoint is that guilty feelings are very harmful for you, because they consume a very big deal of energy that you could be mainstreaming into other areas of your life. That is why it is important that once you decide what is right, you can stick to it. This will give you peace of mind.

Nowadays, most schools of thought will not condemn masturbations though on the basis that, how can it be morally wrong if absolutely no one is harmed by this act? And you are not cheating on anyone, or preventing anything good to happen. The supply of man's semen is endless. For masturbating a man does not endanger his chances of procreation, his lust for his wife, or anything at all.

I am a Christian, and I have not been taught that masturbation is wrong. What I have been taught is that is lonely. God created sex as a way for two people to share the highest emotional connection possible between two people who are in a committed marital relationship. To masturbate, you lose some of the intimacy God wants for you, but in and of itself masturbation is not wrong unless it separates you from God. If it becomes your obsession, it will separate you from God.

Even if masturbation is a sin, all sins are forgiven in Christ. But, if is a sin, just about every man on the planet and a good number of women would be guilty. Even babies will rub on the floor in their diaper and find some pleasure there. It is who we are created to be, sexual people. Please don't feel like you are on the fast train to hell. Just don't go blind.....j/k!

Its not wrong.

Some imam in Iran told the Muslims not to masturbate during Ramadan so its not just the Christians saying it is wrong.

Most religions don't want you to have what they consider an illicit pleasure.

It's a natural act and if God created everything as 'it says in the Bible' how can it be wrong?

Masturbation is not wrong in my opinion. It's quite okay when something better isn't "handy."

The Christians will tell you that it's wrong, and they will cite the story of Onan in their bible. All this proves is that Christians do not understand their own stories. ;-)

human nature to reproduce, just think of masturbation as a exersise in checking to see if its still working.
the bible asks you to go forth and multiply, all you are doing is making sure the equipment is in working order.
and no you wont go blind.
