First Aid if required
Report the accident immediately
Supervisor will submit paperwork to Workman's Compensation (or whatever is applicable in your area)
If this was a "critical" injury (lost consciousness, broke a major limb, major blood loss), an investigation would need to be completed by the applicable government agency (here in Ontario I am referring to the Ministry of Labour)

Accidents at work are normally minor:which can be easy handled by
immediately applying a first aid treatment in case of a cut.And thereafter report the incidence to your superiors. And depending on what is applicable to your company, financial assistant or an off duty may be given.
In case of a major accident i.e big cuts, gun shots, falling from stairs, fainting and more major ones of such :You need an immediate attention in an hospital and thereafter inform your superior. Thanks

Go to your supervisor, he'll give you the paperwork you need to fill out, then, if necessary, he'll send or take you to the doctor.
Different companies have different procedures, but this one is fairly common. Telling the supervisor is always first.
In cases of severe injury, lots of blood loss of loss of a limb or digit, he should send you without the paperwork and call an ambulance rather than take you.

Go to your supervisor. They will have a procedure manual on what to do.

Try and discretely get to the toilet and clean yourself up. If you are prone to it maybe keep some spare underwear/trousers at work or see your doctor.
