Cold showers: They not only burn 500 extra calories each day, studies from The New The united kingdom Journal of Medicine cite how the icy water also activates ‘brown fat’ – the nice type of body fat which creates body heat, increases metabolic rate and burns off naughty light fat.

Time your feeding on and exercise appropriately. Never eat before you work out, and wait 30 to 60 minutes after training to guarantee you catch your metabolism with its highest.

Well besides listing words from the Newfie dictionary I'll give you a few that I say now and again.
"Where's it to?" instead of "Where is it"
"Streel" mom would call us this if we looked dirty, or tried to get out of the house wearing old raggy clothes
"My little partridgeberry muffin" just a term of endearment
"Me ducky" as is "Whatta ya at me ducky?"
And in general just drop your h's and talk really fast.

Use spray oil as opposed to pouring. One squirt contains only 1 calorie compared to 120 calories from your tablespoon. If you use oil as part of your cooking daily, this small change could lose you a stone over the year.

People who plan their weekly meals are more successful at losing weight than those who don’t. Plan your dishes to add healthy carbs such as special potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy each of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to enjoy out or order in.

Choose spinach over another green veg: it packs in double the fibre to help you process fat more quickly.
