By taking the meds that control the hormones and staying on a low carb diet.
It is a difficult one but try visitng your doctor (gynaecologist or endocrinologist) and he will guide you through.

If you want some good answerer's please explain your disease? I work for trauma center for years and pcos is new to me??unless u have i abbreavited?? start over and do a little expention OK sweety! want to help but need more information. are you talking about gas laws and partial pressures??

Metformin is supposed to be good for treating pcos, and exercise, and dieting help you lose weight as well. :)
