Dear,
Step 1: Download and install AVG Antispyware software from www.ewdio.net & update it.Then run a complete scan and delete all bugs found.
Still problem persists..continue to..
Step 2: Install Norton anti virus and run a full system scan.Delete whole bugs found.Enable email scanning and instant messenger scanning options in Norton antivirus by clikcking the options.
