The only way to retrieve deleted text messages is you have to return to your cell phone service provider / operator to do so.
They usually keep records up till 3 months (depends on where you live) and can retrieve them for you for a price or if you have a very valid reason.
Usually a court order or police order will get them to work very fast. Other wise, they usually tell you they can but will not be able to do it for you.

It is very possbile. My phone links up to the PC and I can access my text on there. If I delete a text message then all I do is link it up o my PC, open the phone software and press F4. It works about 90% of the time.
So it may be you can do this on your PC/mobex if they link up.

No it isnt. the only way is that u go to the cyber-cell and find out(which isnt possible fot u i guess) You go to the service provider and all you'll find out out is the numbers u have messaged and the length (in characters)

No, once deleted they are gone forever, however messages you have sent may still be in your 'sent' or 'outbox' if you haven't deleted them.
