Is it true that not all women can have it? I used to but now I notice that I don't have it as often nor as intense as before... Why? Why?

Sometimes it's painful when I don't have it.

Are you talking about when you masturbate or when you have sex with another person? Some women have an easier time getting orgasms than other women. Most women have a much easier time having an orgasm when they masturbate than by having sex with someone.

Some women have a hard time getting an orgasm at all until they practice masturbating and find the places and timing that produces the most pleasure. Then, they may have to teach their men what to do and when, so that they have orgasms with sex.

You said you used to have more frequent orgasms and more intense ones. Is your man not performing as well? That can do it. Also, if you have persistent anger towards him, that can reduce your orgasms also, and you may need to talk about things with him. Some medicines can have side effects that cause less sexual pleasure and desire.

If you're starting to have problems with Depression, that can also cause these problems.

I would suggest seeing your doctor and get a thorough exam to make sure nothing physical is wrong. I hope that you find something I have written helpful. You can also talk to your doctor about what I wrote if that helps.

I have heard that not all women can orgasm, maybe it's a psychological problem or a health reason.
Women can take a while to switch off from her daily life, which as you know can be hectic, not enough time given to allow her to fully switch off from her daily role to turn on into lover mode is the problem. More foreplay should help here and maybe if she takes leading role it would help too.
If not as intensive as it used to be, then when you feel as if you want to orgasm, stop...make yourself wait so you could turn your attention to him.
We can have one really intense orgasm, or mutliple little ones if can't hold off all the little stimulators to reach the best-

i think maybe it depends on your partner on how he performs and how you feel for your partner.
