Are you referring to videos where it says you can download, or are you referring to videos that are inside webpages that automatically start on the webpage rather then media player or another video viewing program.... i probly take the long way, but for me if its in the webpage and theres no where to right click and save it or whatever, i go to the View tab at the top, then Source. Since i know html I go through the html section and find where the video is loaded... i then take that url eg: http://www.siteyouron.com/video.file ... then i take that url and paste it in the address bar, then you get a few options here, for some it asks if u want to play it.. or start playing it in the browser... or ask if u want to save it... if you have come across a video on a webpage that you desperately want to save to your computer add me to YM on l3ad_l3oy_l3enny and ill walk you through it as I cant explain it and I need to actually be doing it to remember the quickest way...

Most video feeds are streaming data, you have to capture these files, you cant download them.
