Well John Lydons kind of punk was all about money, non of which he got to see much of and that left a very nasty taist in his mouth, which he will obviously never get ride off. Malcom cleaned up during and after the meal and i guess there was really no love invloved in any of it! As for the rest of punk I guess there is now better adulation than imitation (christ there biggggg words!lol)

it was a marketing tool for vivienne westwood and malc mcclaren for her sex shop,you could say it brought the fettish scene into the living room.check out the music charts just before punk happened and you will see why it had to happen.

Punk was absolute rubbish performed by talentless 'musicians' who tried to gain prominence by dressing stupidly and making themselves look ridiculous with torn and dirty clothes, body piercings and badly dyed hair.. The best definition of punk that I heard was that 'It's the worship of everything ugly' and, by God, there was plenty of that in abundance.
