Loved all the series except for Voyager and Enterprise. Enterprise was like Star Trek for Dummies and Voyager played the mirality card too obviously IMHO. Favourite Next Gen - I think because of Patrick Stewarts acting.

A new series? I heard mooted one was in the pipeline which was going to be full of battles which would be great. Please bring it back! (bit lost without my fix! although love The Sopranos and NYPD Blue)! Bit sad arent I! ha ha

I sure hope so
Enterprise wasn't that bad the prequel thing kind of set low expectations from the start, because The Phantom Menace gave prequels a bad rep from the start. Apart form the last minute series finale, which used cut scenes from TNG, and the Bad Mirror Universe episodes (Those really put the Ho in Hoshi, and what the hell happened to Porthos?) I thought it was pretty good and Archer was a pretty good captian I'll admit Tucker wasn't too great, and T'Pol was there to look at, and maybe a bit of a Seven of Nine rip-off, but the better characters like Malcom Reed, Flox, and the evil reptillian son of a ***** whom Acher blew to hunreds of bloody pieces( Even the bad guys have to be good) who knows maybe The next series will be about Riker

If youve really got a cravin for some sci-fi watch battlestar galactica, sure in this one Baltar may be a spineless politician, Starbuck may be a chick (I don't really have a problem with that), Boomer may be a cylon and a chick, and the cylons have terminators,so it's really got nothing to do with the original except for the ship, but it's still good to watch

At this point, Paramount has no plans for a new series. JJ Abrams is working on a script for a new movie, & I think he will also direct, but that's the only new Trek on the horizon.
Many feel, after Paramount sold all the Trek stuff at a Christie's auction last week, that Trek might be dead, since all the old stuff was redressed & reused for newer Treks. If that is the case, it is very very sad.

i've got been a fan using fact the 60's. i've got considered, and enjoyed each and every episode from each and every sequence. (particular, some extra desirable than others, oh and that i hated the subject material music to business enterprise) I even have each and every of the flicks on the two vhs or dvd. I observed megastar Trek final Saturday, and that i in no way walked out of the theater after a megastar trek action picture so perplexed and disillusioned. i theory-approximately calling it 'start up break'. formerly seeing it i theory i might have a difficulty with the casting. yet they have been large. I puzzled if the characters may be too diverse, yet they did ok. issues I had have been: different than the shaky digicam that gets on my nerves, The technology replaced into incorrect. I in no way knew megastar Trek to have it is technology so incorrect. I comprehend the myth stuff like transporters and distort force. I settle for that delusion stuff as component to the story. I did purely see the action picture as quickly as, so i will have ignored some thing yet, Black Holes at the instant are not portals and that they require extensive quantities of gravity to exist. additionally, the time shuttle stuff perplexed me. I stored waiting for determination. I puzzled why Spock's purple remember wasn't used as purely a wormhole writer, that replaced into additionally able to gobbling planets. If he replaced into going to function a drop of purple remember into Romulus's solar that replaced into going large nova, it nevertheless might have destroyed it, if it made a black hollow. yet another element, every time in any of the different shows or movies that a important character died, or the deliver had to be destroyed, there replaced right into a damn stable rationalization for it. like the dying of Spock on the top of The Wrath of Kahn, or whilst Kirk died, or documents. I observed no reason to interrupt the two planets Vulcan and Romulus or Spock's mom. Nero ought to definitely have not been Romulan and are available from, we could say Neropia, and destroyed some outpost planet with billions of lives. i'm unable to comprehend why they chosen to alter the megastar Trek Universe so considerably. except, it particularly is the teaser and in the subsequent action picture those issues are resolved. perhaps we are able to ultimately see reunification of Vulcans and Romulans? it particularly is that in the event that they be sure that the timeline replaced into f-ed up and there is not any fixing it. inspite of my confusion or contemporary dislikes, i'm nevertheless chuffed megastar Trek is decrease back.

Its a trek fan club which makes amazing video in the ST theme and is very professional considering they are non commercial. Universal spent millions of dollars on the series, this group do it for the love of it. If you have not seen any of their work, you are missing out!

Please, please no. I really hope not! Haven't you noticed how the shows you liked least are the newer ones - this isn't a coincidence. I love TNG and DS9 but I cannot bear Enterprise and only watched a couple of episodes before giving up on it completely. Shows lose their vitality over time and spin offs have to work hard to be great.

ARE YOU CRAZY?!?

Voyager was the best of them all since it was the only series to put a female in a commanding role!

Plus Seven Of Nine was hot!

I hope that bring it back. I loved that show. I had a crush on Piccard. How about one told from the Klingon viewpoint? They could call it KRABLACCCH or something. :)
