Some do, some don't. Insects that live in the desert usually get their moisture from whatever it is that they eat rather than just drinking it.

of couse they do every living thing needs water. haven't you ever seen one stop like on the side of a pool or something, they are drinking thats also why there are so many bugs in the pool. i know its gross but its true.

sure they do, well they might take up saps from trees other than water from the reservoir, pond or etc

actually no.....bcoz the food they eat contains some amount of water.....and that is enough for them to live
