I take adderall...I swear, dude...I can remember things for the first time in my life. I had started thinking that maybe I was not as smart as my mom always said I was...now, I've started to feel smart again...
The downsides...it will amp you up...not in a jittery three cups of coffee way, but in an "HOLY CRAP, I'M VERY AWAKE BUT DON'T HAVE THE SHAKES!!!!" sort of way. The other downside...you will sweat like a friggin' pig. Some days it's not too bad, but if I'm not careful, I get a bit smelly by the end of the work day.
It's funny, I just posted something asking if anyone else had the same sweating problem I have now (of course, I sweat more than most people anyway...pretty HOT, huh?). You should try it sometime...just one pill and you will feel the difference. I used to have problems remembering what I ate for breakfast...now I can remember what I ate for breakfast for all of last month...
Good Luck!!! (Of course, it's 2:10 in the morning and I have to get up at 7am, but I took a pill late...)

i have never used any medicine in order to have a good memory, this is because of the fear of what might happen once i stop using it, why dont you try other ways, like meditating, which will refresh your memory

hi what im going to share to u is alternative medicine, natural food supplement. try ginkgo biloba. its leaves are the one being used. this tree is very old and grows in china and japan. there are also founf in some parts of europe and north america according to Enrique Garza in his book Guide to Natural Remedies for Health and Well Being. it says that ginkgo biloba increases blood circulation in the brain, thereby increasing supply of nutrients and oxygen to brain cells, thereby causing it to work well like increased memory and mental focus. its also helps in alleviation of headache. another good product for memory is royal jelly. its in tablet form, its like candy, it helps ur memory too and creates happy mood. royal jelly is the food of the queen bee. its like honey in sweetness. and good for your body too.

i guess its better to do it in a natural way, eat good food, have enough sleep, healthy lifestyle place a vital role in our brain function!!.......concentration is very important too, give your 100% in everything you do!!!.....i don't believe in med for the brain....medicines are chemical...and whether we like it or not...med have adverse reaction!
