There is no way. All the pills that are advertised are a total rip off - THEY DO NOT WORK. An operation will cost you a huge sum of money and they are often not successful leaving the patient with very strange looking objects. What are you worrying about any way? If you take the time to learn the almost limitless ways to please your partner you will be far more popular than you would be just because you have a large penis.
