Work tension is something that everyone has to go through at one time or another. So, naturally everyone has different ways of dealing with it. I work in a fast paced high stress environment where my decisions directly effect my environment. If I come across a situation that is difficult to deal with I take a 30 sec time out and just breath. That's it, I do not think, I do not talk, I do not act, I just take in a deep breath and slowly exhale. Also leave work stress at work. When you get home don't think about what is going to happen tomorrow. When your stress is directly the cause of a co-worker there are ways of dealing with them. I always try to keep open lines of communication going. Talk through the issue I have with them. If a person is being arrogant and obnoxious, I politely ignore them. Above all keep it professional.
Hope this helps, good luck, great life:)

Know the situation and the things that are bothering you, Make adjustments and try not to be emotional to avoid tension and stress. Do your work properly, if a crisis is on hand, try to solve
it in an orderly fashion. And most of all, do smile.
