I'm not sure about best picture nominations so far, but best actor nods have got to go to Nick Cage for World Trade Center and Johnny Depp for Pirate of the Caribbean:Curse of the Black Pearl. Meryl Streep should get a best actress nod for the Devil Wears Prada, she really doesn't do enough comedy and when she does there is just no one in her league. Cars will definitely get best animated movie, the only thing coming up that looks like it has even a remote chance at it is Happy Feet (I can't wait to see that one!)

probably martin scorsese's the departed but i heard the good sheppard starring angelina jolie,matt damon,robert deniro is good too,maybe all the king's men with sean penn,jude law or b&e(breaking and entering) starring jude yet again...but who knows
