The answer is helium (He):

Hydrogen is the lightest with a density of 0.0899 kg/m^3
Helium is second with a density of 0.1664 kg/m^3

For comparison, air has a density of 1.293 kg/m^3

These values are at standard temperature and pressure (273 K and 101 kPa).

P.S. Deuterium is still hydrogen just with an additional neutron and besides it is still more dense than helium with a density of 0.180 kg/m^3

Heavy/light would depend on quantity of gas that you had or were comparing

So Deuterium is second.
