I take it you've had at least one scan so far? and you know it's not twins etc..? But it could be anything from a big baby to lots of fluid. Yes it could be a problem, but I'd think that unlikely, but if you are a worrier, there is nothing anyone can say to calm you. But would the midwife leave you a full month before checking again if she felt there was something of real concern?

Your concern make me think you are going to be a wonderful mum, just try and sit back and enjoy this wonderful time, they are resilient little buggers these babies

no I was measuring 2 or 3 centimeters larger for my entire pregnancy up until 2 weeks ago. Now I'm measuring exactly right. It could mean that you're a little farther along than you thought, or yuve gained a few xtra lbs. it could mean a lot of things! Try not to worry too much unless she tells you that something is seriously wrong! Every pregnancy and every woman is different, so you will never be progressing at the same rate as someone else.

Hi Chorlette
I dont think some people have read your question right, Things are fine at this stage. Your midwife would not of let you out of the hospital if she thought that you and your baby was in any kind of danger,,, so your doing well girl but don't stress as this is bad for both you and your baby

You should ask your midwife if you have any doubts or questions, this doesn't mean you will have a large baby, don't forget it isn't just your baby inside you creating that bump there's all that fluid, the placenta. If your midwife had any concerns she would have told you, besides it's better to have a bump a little bigger than smaller. good luck x

Yes I was huge and all the healthcare professionals were charging around talking about "big for dates" I was tested a few times for gestational diabetes they also put NAD as I didn't have it, trace means there's a trace a something in your urine, nothing to worry about (drink more water). My baby was biggish but nothing out of this world and I nearly delivered him successfully (he turned his head inthe birth canal, emergency c section). So in short I would say relax and don't automatically think the worst.

It doesnt sound that big tbh, I was told you should be the same amount of cm as you are weeks, so if you are 25 weeks tomorrow, then you are only 1cm in front!
Perhaps speak to the midwife.

If you are really that worried you need to speak to your midwife and tell her to explain these things to you as you are slightly worried.
