If anyone is still alive after having their blood drained and embalming fluid pumped in, then they are one tough hombre!

It happens all the time! You wouldn't believe how often it happens! Only last week I was buried alive twice and cremated alive three times!! To be honest I'm getting a bit fed up with it - I know mistakes can be made but I think I'm going to have to make a formal complaint about it now, I have a very busy schedule next week and just can't afford the time it takes to be buried or cremated alive again!

Not as often as you might like.
Buried alive at a crematorium is very very unusual.

Not very often I should imagine. Unless you live in an area of extremely incompetent doctors/coroners!!

I would guess never. If you're buried then you've been embalmed and if your cremated then that heat would wake you up real quick.
