i like this guy so much that i almost think of him everyday.i think he knows my name but me i dont know him,even slightest detail. i just see him when i go on that particular place.

Strike up a casual conversation one day. Say Hi. How are you? Another day. Introduce yourself and ask his name. Another day say something else. That way gradually you are getting to know him, but you are just saying short sentences to each other. It isn't that obvious in a gradual way. You can talk to other around that particular area that same way so to seem you are not just talking to him and you will be appearing to be an outgoing person. Don't be shy, enjoy getting to know people. :)

What is that particular place? Church, park, recreation center, bar/club/disco, restaurant, etc? Smile at him, greet him in casual way, and try to start a conversation related to the place you normally seeing him. Try my experience.

you have to talk to him. Go up to him and start a conversation. That's the only way that you will ever find out anything about him (aside from stalking him)
