Early Jackie Chan was pretty good also. great moves and comedic as well. recommen Young Master, And The 36 Crazy Fists. They are Classics. His Later movies were great also and still had the moves.

I have friends all over the world who not only know who Bruce Lee is, but absolutley love everything he's done.

I don't think Bruce Lee can be called a global hero, no doubt that he was the best martial artist ever but in my eyes he did not do lots of things around the world, but i do think that he could be a hero within the word of martial arts.
