In doing the work "myself" you must first arm yourself with info. Go to your local parts store and get the manual covering your car, this will be the single best investment you can make towards the success of your repairs... Most likely a 318 cid and
not too hard to work on... Good luck

Sorry Bud, but there isn't anywhere on the net (other than here) that you will get FREE help for ANY car. It all takes money.
For ON_LINE information you can go HERE-------->

http://www.eautorepair.net/

...and for an annual subscription, you have access to ALL of the published diagnostic and repair information available for your car. It is professional level material and exhaustive.
For parts, you can go here-------->

http://www.autozone.com/home.htm

...and find pretty much what you need, as well as SOME repair information, (though somewhat generic).

Good Luck
