i have been to both the places only to find a stark quintessential difference.
Delhites are matter-of-fact, objective, precise and highly professional
on the oder hand, mumbaites are happy-go-lucky, fun loving, BINDAAS night creatures.

People from Delhi are formal, and have a good attitude and are presentable.

People from Bombay are care-free and street smart.
