You know that is such a strange thing to say but as stereotypes go, that one is totally true in my experience. I have been so humbled by their generosity of spirit. I have rented rooms from them on more than one occasion (I'm from Southern California) and I am amazed at their kindness and hospitality. They have this characteristic that I long for and would like to teach my own son. Its this humble nobility and dignity in their generosity. They totally rock!

Not all Filipinos' are necessarily kind and hospitable, but yes most of them are. It's possibly because of their culture, as well as their morals and beliefs on how they treat others. This goes for all ethnic backgrounds.
