in call center 2 rape cases took place for that what and all measures taken to protect lady worker or still they dint take any measures to protect them.............??

What protection would they need? My past job was working tech support at a call center. The customers were 100 times more abusive than any of the other employees could even imagine being. What protection is there against an abusive customer?
Lower management does what senior management tells them to do. Senior management wants to make a profit so they keep their jobs. This gives us the policy that “the customer is always right”.
If management sets this policy and then a customer starts acting abusive towards a female employee, it’s up to management to change their policies.
