Usually the jobs you are applying to don't require resumes - mostly you would fill out applications. Don't list your DOB, or your Primary School. Let them see your maturity through the resume - don't remind them you are young. Disclose info latter when asked, filling out job application or completing hiring paperwork.
Hours of availabilty (goes on your cover letter) along with explaination of why your suited for this postion.
Expand more on your Skills. Since you do not have work experience you must emphasize your skills.
For example: Proficient w/ Computer Programs (list programs familiar with Word, etc), Skilled in internet research, Typing proficiency (if applicable), do you speak more than one language? Seeing tasks through to completion. Apptitude for learning. List other facts about your skillset.
Incorporate these qualities also: Self-starter, Organized, Detail oriented, Problem Solver, Goal oriented, motivated - these are buzz words that will get attention.
Your references can just be people that know you if you don't have work experience yet - list people that will verify you are responsible, trustworthy, dependable.
Best of Luck!

Should I give you the professional review? :)
Avoid placing your date of birth anywhere on your resume. On an application they might want a birth date due to legal restrictions, but try to avoid it on your resume; no sense in being turned down for a job before you even show up!
You can add an “objective” section along the top of your resume. This gives people an idea of what you want out of the job you’re applying for. With babysitting you can word it along the lines of “Objective: To ease the burden of working families by providing high quality child care.” Just be sure this focuses on what you can do FOR them.
Under “education” you can add specific classes that you feel would help with a job you want. If you were looking for a retail job, you could focus on Math courses, babysitting jobs can focus on any First Aid and Home Economics courses, etc.
If you have any outside activities or volunteer groups you belong to, you can add those under your work experience. This can help show diversity and commitment.
Try to avoid “I”, “Me”, and “My” and stick with entirely 3 rd person when listing skills and background. Think of a resume as reading: (Your name) worked as (job title). Since your name is at the top, you can exclude that from your descriptions and just start with the “creative, enthusiastic, reliable, good communicator and team member”
Since creativity is one of the strengths you mention, you can customize your resume to try to help fit it to one side of one page. Use some bold and italics to highlight different sections. Place lines and spaces strategically to separate the text a bit and make it easy on the eyes. Just make sure any changes are uniform; if you change one section, change all of them the same.
Good luck!

Hi,
I think your resume is fine i.e for a 15 year old. If you have already worked as a babysitter before include some more things like your experiences from that job. References, if good will always boost your chances of getting a job but a bad reference will also cost you your job.
Try to include all the things that you have done. Just to make sure you don't miss out on anything it is always a good idea to compare your resume with some format.

All the best to you

One web site consistently! you ought to get your resume all the way down to a minimum of one web site, yet that doesn't propose it extremely is standard. you ought to be direct and to the factor of the interest itemizing and the corporation. A resume in basic terms gets skimmed so it desires to be to the factor and dynamic so it stands proud and shows you have the preparation and adventure for the placement. verify it extremely is obviously written and has NO typos. Have it appeared at by using as many people as accessible who've adventure with resumes and take all suggestion to concepts whether you will possibly not agree. Take resume instructions at your college additionally. people who overview resumes for jobs are very choosy.

You need to have tailor made resume for profile like yours. Dont make standard one, keep on changing with respect to type of job ur looking for. Insert area of interest for the particular job you are applying. Like for baby sitting, u need to highlight babysitiing experience plus what u did or can do that make u good baby sitter. Good luck
