Hi there,
I worked for LLoydsTSB for a number of years and nearly every day I had the question asked to me.
It basically depends on how well you have run your account. If you are getting charged every month, I would forget getting them refunded. However if it's a one off, go and see your personal account manager, explain the circumstances that lead to you being overdrawn and smile alot.
Personally speaking, if I saw somebody who was 'kicking off', they would NOT be getting their money back.
