Yes. Everybody speek their own language.

Example: I am an American that don't speak English.
I only speak Spanish or something.
Even though Americans are supposed to speak English.
Spanish is MY language. :)

English is the day to day language for most Welsh people. Due to the efforts of many dedicated people the Welsh language still flourishes (and there is a Welsh language TV channel). The 1991 census gave a figure of 18.5 per cent Welsh speakers.

the original language of wales is welsh but they mostly speak english, not many of them speak welsh anymore but its still taught in schools.
