I need some advise. I am a physician and some of the nurses from one of the ward floors have asked me to strip for them at a friends bachlorette party. They want me to be in my white coat/ scrubs and go from there. I am 30 years old and still have some immaturity in me. I would like to do it. I have lifted weights and been into health/ fitness since high school. But this is what I am afraid of--will the nurses talk about this in the hospital and would people think less of me if I did. I cant have people think low of me in the hospital because then they will start questioning my clinical applications and decisions. I cant have this. So will I be thought less of if I do this "gig" (oh- the nurses said they had some "extra" activities planned for me, but I will draw the line at any attempts at sexual activity- if that gets back to the hospital--well....

While I'm sure that the request is an ego-stroker, the chances are that the nurses you work with will indeed discuss your 'performance'. It will most probably affect your working relationship with them as well (how easy will it be to take you seriously when they're seeing you 'letting it all hang out' in their mind?) There are many men and women who have 'day jobs' and strip at night or on weekends because they enjoy it. Being a physician isn't just a 'day job', it's a 'calling'. Unless you're thinking of doing 'gigs' full time, keep the scrubs on, thank the nurses for their interest, admit that it makes you feel good that they asked, and move on. Good luck!

The question is: Do you feel like doing it for yourself for curiosity sake? Forget about the nurses and the other people in the hospital. Is this stripping thing once popped up in your wildest imagination and had the idea of "why not?" If yes, then go on. The most important thing you have to consider is "you feel like doing it because you fancy it once and this is the chance". If you are a bit worried about the talk afterwards, then check the credibility of these nurses in terms of gossiping. Make your conditions like no photos, no videos (if you dont want a proof), and no sexual activity. Just a strip and a sexy dance... thats it!

But if your feeling is strong not to do it, dont do. Otherwise you will only spoil the fun they prepared.

I wouldn't worry as much about the nurses talking about you (I'm a nurse, If you are already a hottie, be damn sure we are already talking about you); I would be more concern with the other Docs, especially my superior. Trust me, they will hear about it the very next day. If you feel that this may some day affect you chances for advancement, well... a second thought is in order. A good repetition is very easy destroy and very hard to repair.

If you have a hot enough body that the nurses want u 2 do it, do it, that is a compliment...you don't have 2 take it all off,'' strip tease'' Don't do the extras, if you get all hot from watching their reaction, quietly sneak off into a closet with a nurse.I want to be invited...I need cured of what I'm thinking of..lol

i wouldnt do it. Yes, women talk and you dont want to seem unprofessional or disrespectable. If they werent co workers I would say what the hell. But i know better than to mess around-even playfully-with people at my job because it will inevitably get taken in a bad way. Save your hotness for a single woman who will love you.
