That's very true. Everything that you want to know about life is in the Quran. I suggest you read Quran by different translator coz different people have different way of interpret things. But the Arabic words are still the same it's just that the way each translator see things is a little bit different. By reading them you will get better understanding and can make your own judgement on it.

I have a copy of the Quran. In large part, it and the Christian Bible are the same. They diverge at the advent of Mohammed. Read the Old Testament again, and then see if you have a better understanding.
And you two boys (previous answers) should be ashamed. Never disparage someone else's quest for the truth.

The great books of our civilization are not books of any particular religion or sect, they are books of the mankind, and have been created by great, enlightened minds so that all those who have open hearts and learning minds can pick what ever they want, and from where ever they want to.
So whatever appeals to you is meant you, receive with gratitude and with joy.
Because as long as you are willing to learn, Nature will provide you with all that you need to learn from, books, situations even people. So make sure you stay open and willing, to learn and to receive with humility all that Nature is waiting to bestow on you.
And then make sure you life reflects all that you have learnt and not just your words. For the best way to bring about a change in the world is to first be that change ourselves. Preaching only makes us pompous and others resentful as we all have the wisdom we need to live our lives well, we just need someone to remind us of our inner wisdom or help us connect with it, and stay connected in times of its real need.
But above all the books in life lies the book of life, just make sure you read it with care and yes with love, for therein lies your greatest source of inner joy and wisdom that you can use while making every big and small choice so that you like can become all that it can, the potential is in all of us, so is the ultimate guidance few of us tap into it.
Most people think it is far easier to flip pages of a great book to find our inner answers while our greatest Guide sits within us, smiling and waiting for us to open to it one fine day, when all else fails us in life, so why not do that sooner and open up to ourselves, our inner guidance.
We just need a little bit of patience and yes some love for our Self. What life can teach us all individually is far greater than what a book or a public discourse would teach us.
Life always gives us exactly what we need, exactly when we need it and also makes sure we stride right through life dark passages, we just have to allow life to show us our own light – the light of our love.

initially, the jinz have been believed, by making use of a few, to be the spirits speaking whilst stable winds blew over the wasteland sand, becoming ghost-like sounds. As in many human beings thoughts, over the centuries, the unique concept has gradually taken on diverse meanings to diverse human beings. i don't understand of any academically respected source that identifies those phenomena as extraterrestrial beings.

To believe that either Koran or Bible was written by God Himself and the other is just crap, clearly indicates such religious fervor as belongs to some other section, not here in Philosophy. The misuse of this section is becoming unbearable.
In answer to the main question, I believe it is not worth it to seek knowledge in any of these old books of religion - one is likely to get misled more than learn.

Qoran is great book because it comes from God. I read the Bible and Qoran. Qoran is great better than the Bible.

Please go to the local mosque in your community. They will also help you understand the Qur'an and Islam.
May Allah guide you to knowledge.
