I bought a tin of medicine (pellets) made in India. The name on the tin is NAVRANG BAKHUR. What is it for?

The guy who sold the medicine says it acts as a general body 'tune up'.

if u dont know what they are then why did you buy them? Personally i wouldnt turst something that wasnt bought in the usa

I'm from India. The name on tin Navrag Bakhur seems someones name (navrang means nine colors). You should'nt buy medicines if you don't know what they are for.
