And suppose when the child is a teen and Tattoos are out of style? What if the child hates tattoos and is stuck with the one you put on him or her? Think they might resent you for that? I hope your asking for research purposes not because you are actually stupid enough to do something like that.

i didn't know there was a law on the books against it. it might be looked as being in bad taste but i think there are no laws against it. you might have a hard time finding a good artist to do it so you might have to do it yourself tho...
