No... because theirs always gonna be at least one person in the world who does not want to achieve it! Human nature is power and you get power by others having less than you! A thurst for power causes us to act unrationaly sometimes and that causes us to walk over others. ie no world peace.

world peace is not possible and will never be possible.as long as man rules this earth there will always be conflicting thoughts and actions. i used to think that you could negotiate peace...not gonna happen ever! man will not ever think as a unified body....too many people think they're right and everyone else is wrong.
