Twilight it right before the sun goes completely away (the end of the day) Sunrise is when the sun begins to rise (The beginning of the day)

...............tech. speaking when the center of the sun is.. 6 degree below the horizon it is civil twilight .................... when it 12 degree below it is nautical twilight ............... and when sun is coming above the horizon ...it is sun rise ........... the light you see, when there no sun is twilight .......
