Biotomy is a seldom used term indicating the study of plants and animals by dissection. You might consider it to be a generalization of the much more common term 'zootomy' (which pertains only to animals). It has been eclipsed by the word 'vivisection', which means pretty much the same thing but with a much nastier connotation.

Something which is anti-biotomic, then, must be opposed to or interfere with dissection. And anti-biotomy would probably be the study or practice of such methods or objects.

Hope that helps!
