be careful using free keyloggers. I had a bad experience with that. Almost anythime you download free software, you are also downloading spyware, adware, or malware along with it. Nothing really comes free.

Next time you think you aint alone.......click cntrl/alt/delete open the task manager and see what is running. If it aint you, shut it down, reboot, and begin again.
Start by running antivirus updates and scans.

hi just write a simple c program , my dear you know all ascii codes, Yes!! then use them and write a simple c program which writes all key strokes in a file
