where i work a female has a bad order problem ... its not it happend a lot, but it does happen and it been more than none .
waht are some things to say or do? with out getting fiered .... with out hurting there feelings?

write her a kind letter explaining how her untidiness is effecting others work etc. It can be annonomous if you please but i reccomend not approaching her face to face as this can be quite confronting for some people & could also land you in trouble. If it doesnt change get all the staff who have a problem with it to tell your employer & ask for something to be done about it.

This is a very sensitive area in the workplace. The best thing to do might be to have a quiet word with management. They'll discretely have a word with your coworker without revealing who complained.

That way your coworker won't be offended or mad at YOU.

Where I work, it's required to take these things to management. If we deal with it ourselves and cause a "fight" on the workfloor we can get fired.

send a note and do not sign it...change your handwriting .....it will save her from being embarrassed
