When I talk to my fiancee on the phone or even think of her, I feel sensation in my penis and it got errected. And there is also some fluid seceration (prostatic fliud). I always feel there is some fluid in my urethra. I have been masterbating for last 10+ years and it takes not more than 30 seconds to ejaculate. I also have premature ejaculation problem. I even get discharged while sitting with a female (with in a minute) in the bus.
Please adive.

I would talk to my Doctor about this. You are very sensitive. There are medications (such as Prozac) that can reduce your sexual sensitivity & slow down the premature ejaculation.

Lots of guys use a penis health creme like Man1 Man Oil to improve overall penis health and to desensitize the area. This creme needs to be rubbed into your penis skin, and by doing so you will condition your penis to different textures and stimulations. This will significantly diminish sensitivity.
