In an SNL skit, they had God vs Ditka. I think Ditka won. So if Ditka can beat God, Chuck Norris may have a tough time. But I think he could pull it off. I say Chuck Norris in 12 rounds.

Norris would kick Ditka's *** in two minutes flat!! Ditka was a tough guy, but Norris was and is tougher. They are roughly the same age, but look at the conditioning of each one. There is no question after you look at that.
