I've tried to cancel my account but they first told me that I owed £4.00 for transactions that I didn't do, then withdrew that and said it was their mistake after my account was hacked into, but still haven't cancelled. Anyone else had problems like this?

I asked for my account to be closed after someone managed to get hold of my password,I have been told it will take 180 days for account to be completely closed,I don't know about robots,more like idiots

they had shut my down due to it being hacked into and i had to jump through a million hoops to get it opened, to have it shut for no apparent reason 1 week later. They then re-opened it. I think they are dealing with too many users and not a big enough staff. in the long run it has always worked out for me, but is very frustrating in the mean time!

Not the same but I had problems with a transaction and it was like trying to talk to a cat. Almost everythingis automated and what do they care if you have a problem one lost customer is nothing to ebay.

I HATE THAT PLACE AND WONT GO THEIR EVER AGAIN! Yes it is all machine and no man at all! Its awful because they have bamboozles and crooks running ramped on their and nobody manning it at all! Stay away from that place is my only advise.
